Today is Purple Tuesday.
Purple Tuesday is about creating a step change improvement in the awareness of the value and needs of disabled customers. It is about making the customer experience accessible. We have carried out a review of our website with members of 'Our Project', a group of service users within Freeways who come together to work on various policy and procedure projects.
We are really grateful for their help and have had some really insightful feedback that we are going to look to incorporate.
