Not only is it a lovely house, having been recently decorated with new fitted windows, radiators and carpets, it also has a lovely maintained outside space that can be enjoyed all year long. Bridgman Grove comprises of shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom facilities.
Our highly trained supported living team use their experience and expertise to support and signpost you in a tailored way to help progress and develop at a pace that is suited to your needs and abilities. They support individuals to be able to remain living in the home by supporting them with their health and ensuring they are safe at home and in the community. They also support individuals to understand their finances including applying for benefits, using their bank account, paying bills and budgeting for every day expenses and long term savings.
They support individuals to access day time activities including voluntary work and employment but also access social events and meet new people.
On average tenants receive 12 hours of support per week. The service is not staffed 24 hours but tenants have access to an on-call system where they can get telephone support in an emergency.
