About the Role:

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide tailored, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes and out in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Promoting Independence: Supporting individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, and managing appointments.
• Community Inclusion: Facilitating access to and participation in social events, leisure activities, education, and employment opportunities within their local community. This might involve accompanying individuals to clubs, classes, volunteer placements, or social gatherings.
