About the Role
As a PBS Assistant Manager you will be leading a team of PBS Assistants in the day to day running of a high quality support service for a person who communicates through their behaviour. This support will be in line with best practice and meet appropriate regulatory, contractual and legal requirements. In the absence of the Manager you will take responsibility for the running of the service.

You and your team will support people with any aspect of their day to day living.
