Clevedon House is an 11 bedroomed 1930’s semi-detached building situated in Clevedon Road, Weston Super Mare. The CQC registered care home comprises of 2 houses which have been converted into one large home.
The layout of the home is very warm and welcoming offering 2 communal areas for people to enjoy watching TV, socialising and relaxing. We even have a piano for those that wish to “tinkle on the ivories”. We have one large newly fitted kitchen with dining area next door.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and have en-suite facilities and the rest of the bedrooms are on the first and second floor.
Downstairs presents an open plan lounge and dining room which offers lots of space for people to feel comfortable and enjoy.
At the rear of the house there is a lovely well maintained garden. The garden has borders which have a range of beautiful plants, flowers and shrubs. The garden has a large patio area which is easily accessed from the lounge through patio doors.
Clevedon house is situated very close to Weston sea front and all local amenities. There is public transport very close by which runs regularly throughout the day and evening so people are able to get out and about with support or independently. Within the local community people are able to enjoy beautiful walks along the seafront, access the lovely parks, cafes, a variety of shops and a local church. The town centre is a ten minute walk away.
Our highly trained staff are available throughout the day to support people with daily activities and independent living skills.
Staff have recently started running a social club to support the people who live in the home to meet new people and increase their circle of friends with the aim of improving wellbeing.
